Whether you’re a Health sitter or a patient, you can easily update your email address on file with your SitByCare account by visiting your profile. Enter your new email address, then select Send confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the original email address on file.Check your email and select the confirmation link within the message. Once you do that, we’ll automatically update your account with the new email address.

Whether you’re traveling for vacation or making a permanent move to a new city, you may be able to continue providing services in the new area as well. Simply update you address through the Edit Profile section on your profile and you will appear in search for that particular zip code.
