What is the SitByCare Ambassador Program?
The SitByCare Ambassador Program lets you earn rewards by introducing others to SitByCare. Share your unique Ambassador referral code, and when someone joins using your code and completes qualifying bookings, you can earn 3% of their booking amount for 12 months.
Who can join the SitByCare Ambassador Program?
Anyone can participate. You can be a SitByCare Member, Companion, or Guest Ambassador. You do not need to currently use SitByCare services to join the Ambassador Program.
Are Ambassador rewards deducted from a Member’s payment or a Companion’s earnings?
No. Ambassador rewards are paid entirely by SitByCare. They are not deducted from a Member’s booking payment or a Companion’s service earnings. Your referral pays and earns exactly as they normally would—the Ambassador reward comes directly from SitByCare.
How much can I earn?
You can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards, paid by SitByCare, from qualifying completed bookings when someone joins as either a Member or Companion using your referral code. You’ll continue earning rewards from their qualifying completed bookings for 12 months.
When does the 12-month reward period begin?
The 12-month reward period begins when your referred person joins SitByCare using your unique referral code. Your referral can join as either a Member or a Companion, and you can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from their qualifying completed bookings during the 12-month reward period.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. You can share your referral code with as many people as you like and earn rewards from multiple qualifying referrals.
Do virtual and in-person bookings qualify?
Yes. Both virtual and in-person companionship services qualify. You can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from qualifying completed bookings associated with people who join as either Members or Companions using your referral code.
When is a booking considered qualifying?
A booking qualifies for Ambassador rewards when it is successfully completed and paid through SitByCare, subject to the Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions.
Can I earn from more than one referral at the same time?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of eligible people you can refer. Each person who joins SitByCare as a Member or Companion using your unique referral code can qualify you to earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare on their qualifying completed bookings. Each referral has their own 12-month reward period, so you can earn rewards from multiple referrals at the same time.
Does my referral pay extra because I receive a reward?
No. Ambassador rewards are funded by SitByCare and do not increase the Member’s booking price or reduce a Companion’s earnings.
What happens if someone doesn't use my referral code when signing up?
Your referral must use your unique referral code or referral link when signing up for SitByCare. This connects them to your Ambassador account so SitByCare can track their qualifying completed bookings and calculate your rewards.
If they sign up without using your referral code or link, they may not be counted as your referral, and you may not receive Ambassador rewards from their bookings.
Do cancelled or refunded bookings earn rewards?
No. Rewards are earned only on qualifying completed and paid bookings. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify.
Can I refer myself?
No. You cannot use your own Ambassador referral code or link to refer yourself or create another account for yourself. Ambassador rewards are designed for referring new people to SitByCare who join as Members or Companions. Only eligible referrals made by other individuals can generate 3% Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare.
Can two Ambassadors receive rewards for the same person?
No. Each new Member or Companion can be connected to only one Ambassador. The Ambassador whose unique referral code or link is used when the person signs up will be eligible to earn the 3% Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from that referral’s qualifying completed bookings for 12 months.
Ambassador rewards cannot be shared or split between two Ambassadors for the same referral.
Can SitByCare change the Ambassador Program?
SitByCare may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program or its terms as permitted under the Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated as appropriate.
Can Members become Ambassadors?
Yes. SitByCare Members can participate in the Ambassador Program and earn rewards by referring new people who join SitByCare as Members or Companions. Both types of referrals can qualify you to earn Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare on eligible completed bookings.
What do I need to do to activate my Ambassador rewards?
As a Member, you must complete at least 10 hours of paid SitByCare bookings within your first 30 days of joining. Once you meet this requirement, you can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards, paid by SitByCare, on your referrals’ qualifying completed bookings for 12 months.
Do the 10 hours include virtual bookings?
Yes. Both qualifying virtual and in-person bookings can count toward the 10-hour requirement.
Do I have to complete 10 hours every month?
No. The 10-hour requirement applies only during your initial 30-day period after joining. Once your Ambassador rewards are activated, there is no monthly minimum.
How will I receive my rewards?
Your 3% Ambassador rewards, paid by SitByCare, will be deposited directly into your SitByCare Credit account. You can use your accumulated SitByCare Credit toward your future eligible companionship bookings on SitByCare.
What can I use my SitByCare Credit for?
Your SitByCare Credit can be applied toward future eligible companionship bookings on SitByCare.
Can I withdraw my SitByCare Credit as cash?
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer and how much SitByCare Credit I can earn?
No. You can refer as many people as you like using your unique referral code. When your referrals join SitByCare as Members or Companions, you can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from their qualifying completed bookings for 12 months. The more eligible people you refer and the more qualifying bookings they complete, the more SitByCare Credit you can earn toward your future bookings.
Can Companions become Ambassadors?
Yes. SitByCare Companions can earn additional income by referring people using their unique Ambassador referral code. Your referrals can join SitByCare as either Members or Companions, and their qualifying completed bookings can earn you 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare for 12 months.

You can earn these additional rewards from qualifying completed bookings associated with Members or Companions who joined using your unique referral code. Ambassador rewards are separate from your regular Companion service earnings, giving you another way to earn through SitByCare.
Are Ambassador rewards separate from my Companion earnings?
Yes. Your 3% Ambassador rewards, paid by SitByCare, are an additional source of income and are completely separate from what you earn for providing companionship services. Your regular Companion earnings are not reduced or affected by your Ambassador rewards. By referring new Members and Companions, you can build an extra stream of income alongside your regular service earnings. Your Ambassador earnings are deposited directly into the bank account connected to your SitByCare account for service payouts. This means you can earn from providing companionship services and build an additional stream of income through your referrals.
Can I continue earning Ambassador rewards if I'm not providing services every month?
Yes. Once you complete the initial 10 hours of paid service within your first 30 days, there is no monthly service-hour minimum. You can continue earning 3% Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare on qualifying completed bookings from Members and Companions who joined using your referral code for the applicable 12-month reward period, as long as your SitByCare account remains active and in good standing.
What is a Guest Ambassador?
A Guest Ambassador is someone who wants to introduce others to SitByCare and earn rewards without being a SitByCare Member or Companion. Anyone can sign up as a Guest Ambassador, receive a unique referral code, and share it with others.
When people join SitByCare as Members or Companions using your referral code, you can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from their qualifying completed bookings for 12 months. There is no limit to how many people you can refer, giving you an opportunity to build an additional source of income through SitByCare.
How do I become a Guest Ambassador?
Create an Ambassador account to receive your unique referral code. You can then share your code with friends, families, colleagues, organizations, and your community.
How do I earn rewards?
Do I need to book or provide companionship services?
No. As a Guest Ambassador, you do not need to book or provide companionship services to participate. Simply create your Ambassador account, share your unique referral code, and when people join as Members or Companions using your code, you can earn 3% in Ambassador rewards paid by SitByCare from their qualifying completed bookings for 12 months.
Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No. There is no minimum number of people you need to refer.
Is there a maximum number of referrals?
No. You can refer as many eligible people as you like.
How will I receive my Ambassador rewards?
Do I have to become a Member or Companion later?
No. You can remain a Guest Ambassador and continue participating in the program as long as you meet the applicable Ambassador Program requirements.
