You may ask questions about expectations and special instructions from the patient or their account holder through chat or messaging over the SitByCare platform. This allows you have a clear understanding of the clients needs for the booking. Clients can include instructions and requests on their SitByCare profile. Make sure that both you and the client understand all expectations about the booking.
