How do I cancel a booking with SitByCare?

If your needs have changed and you need to cancel an upcoming booking—even on the day it is scheduled — you can easily cancel it through the SitByCare platform. You have the option of cancelling a service through your calendar or your Dashboard. Once cancelled you’ll receive a message from SitByCare confirming that you have successfully canceled this booking. Some cancellation fees may apply as per our fair cancellation policy for both users.
