What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive all the details of your reservation. Your companion will arrive at the scheduled date and time (or connect virtually if you’ve booked a virtual visit). After the visit, you’ll have the opportunity to leave a review and share your experience to help other members make informed decisions.
