Yes. Refund eligibility depends on who cancels the booking and when the cancellation occurs.
- You cancel 24 hours or more before your booking: You’ll receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
- You cancel within 24 hours of your booking: The first hour of the booking will be charged to compensate your Companion. The remaining balance will be issued as SitByYou Credit for future bookings.
- You cancel after the service has started: Your Companion will receive 50% of the booking amount, and the remaining 50% will be returned to you as SitByYou Credit.
If your Companion cancels at any time before or during the service, you’ll receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
