For your safety and protection, all bookings and payments should be completed through the SitByCare platform. Payments made outside the platform are not protected by SitByCare and may limit our ability to assist if a problem arises.
Paying through SitByCare provides several important benefits:

- Booking Protection: If a booking is cancelled or a dispute arises, we can review the transaction and apply our Cancellation and Refund Policies when eligible.
- Support When You Need It: Our Support Team can only assist with bookings and payments that are made through the SitByCare platform.
- Verified Booking Records: Keeping all payments on the platform creates a clear record of your bookings, making it easier to manage reservations and resolve any issues.
- Trusted Community: Platform payments help maintain fairness, transparency, and accountability for both Members and Companions.
For everyone’s protection, we strongly discourage paying Companions directly or arranging bookings outside of SitByCare. Doing so may void the protections, support, and safeguards provided by our platform.
